Shipping Information

Ozark Rustic Woodworks currently ships any available product to the lower 48 United States.  We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.  If you are in one of the areas that we do not ship to now and want one of our products, that would be considered a custom order.  To find out out more about custom orders, please visit this page.

All mantels are securely packed in reinforced, custom-built shipping containers that we personally make ourselves.  Our other products are shipped in the safest manner possible with many of the items having a custom built shipping container too.

Shipping costs for every item includes the following:

• Custom built shipping containers
• UPS ground shipping from our location to anywhere in the lower 48 states
• Shipping insurance
• Package tracking

 

Costs

The standard shipping costs for our products are:

$120.00   Mantels (either cedar or hardwood) standard 5 foot length

$35.00     Coat racks (either cedar or hardwood)

 

Shipping Times

We normally ship all in-stock items within 2 weeks.  Custom orders take an additional 2 weeks for a total of 4 weeks.   These shipping times include the necessary time to build the custom shipping containers and then process the orders.

 

Shipping Locations

We do not ship to P.O Boxes or other non-standard addresses due to the nature of our products.  Have you ever tried to shove a mantel into a post office box?
